This WoW Enchanting Guide will help you get from 0 enchanting level to 375. The recipes to get to level 265 are obtainable through the trainer and getting to 300 requires you to pay a visit to the vendor. Be warned though, to get to enchanting 375 you will be spending quite a large amount of gold, so stock up.
First things first, go to the enchanting trainer in town to get started. If you don’t know where that NPC is located, simply asked the guard who will show you the way. Once you’ve talked to the trainer, choose “Apprentice Enchanting”. You have two options to obtain enchanting items: using the Disenchant skill you’ve gained from the trainer on several items or buying at the auction. Throughout your enchanting leveling, you will be required to make different rune rod which is a requirement for enchanting. Rods will be more expensive the higher you climb up the scale. The types of rods you will needs are as follows:
• Copper Rod
• Silver Rod
• Golden Rod
• Truesilver Rod
• Arcanite Rod
• Fel Iron Rod
• Adamantite Rod
The Copper rod will be your initial tool and is easily obtained through the enchanting supply vendors.
The first 50 levels of enchanting is really very easy. You can level up by simply disenchanting items, so go crazy! Disenchanting is what you should do most of the since disenchanting provides a quicker level gains. Besides, you should take advantage of this because by level 51, you won’t gain any skill level by disenchanting.
Remember these values carefully so you won’t waste time and resources using our WoW Enchanting Guide:
Enchanting Skill 1 – Required Level 1 to 15 – Item Level: 1-20
Enchanting Skill 25 – Required Level 16-20 – Item Level: 21-25
Enchanting Skill 50 – Required Level 21-25 – Item Level: 26-30
Once you get to level 50, you will need to enchant the items to level up. From level 50 to 120, you’ll need a bracer.
• From 50-75: Enchant the bracer with minor health. (1 strange dust needed + Runed Copper Rod)
• From 75-85: Enchant the bracer with minor deflection. (1 strange dust and 1 Lesser Magic Essence needed + Runed Copper Rod)
• From 85-105: Enchant the bracer with minor stamina. (3 strange dusts needed + Runed Copper Rod)
• From 105-120: Enchant the bracer with minor agility. (2 strange dust and 1 greater Magic essence + Runed Copper Rod)
Now, you’ll have to shift from bracer to a shield.
• From 120-125: Enchant the shield with minor stamina.
Now that you’re enchanting is 125, talk to the trainer to earn the title Expert Enchanter! Before becoming an Expert Enchanter, you’re character level should be at least level 20. Now that you get the idea on what to do in order to level up your enchanting, we’ll skip a few levels and discuss how to reach 375 from 300.
Before you begin, you need to create a Runed Fel Iron Rod by combining 1 Fel Iron Rod, 1 Runed Arcanite Rod, 4 Greater Eternal Essence and 6 Large Brilliant Shards. Making a Runed Fel Iron Rod will get you to 301.
• 301 – 305: Enchant a clock with Superior Defense (8 Illusionary Dusts needed)
• 305 – 315: Enchant bracers with either Assault or Brawn (6 Arcane Dusts needed)
• 315 – 325: Enchant cloak with Major Armour or enchant gloves with Assault (8 Arcane Dusts needed)
• 325 – 335: Enchant chest with Major Spirit (2 Greater Planar Essence needed)
• 335 – 340: Enchant shield with Major Stamina (2 Arcane Dusts needed)
• 340 – 345: Create Superior Wizard Oil (1 Imbued Vial, 1 Nightmare Vine and 3 Arcane Dust needed)
• 345 – 350: Enchant gloves with Major Strength (1 Greater Planar Essence and 12 Arcane Dust needed)
• 350 – 351: Create a Runed Adamantite Rod (1 Adamantite Rode, 1 Runed Fel Iron Rod, 1 Primal Might, 8 Great Planar Essence and 8 Large Prismatic Shard Needed)
• 351 – 360: Enchant gloves with Major Strength (1 Greater Planar Essence and 12 Arcane Dusts needed)
• 360 – 370: Enchant ring with Striking (8 Large Prismatic Shard and 24 Arcane Dusts + Constortium Revered rep needed)
• 370 – 375: Enchant Ring with Healing Power (8 Large Prismatic Shard, 10 Greater Planar Essence, 20 Arcane Dusts + Sha’tar revered rep needed)
